You can reserve tables for 2-6 people above. If you need to book for 1 or 7+, please call 503-477-7848 or email info@fullertonwines.com. We hold reservations with a $0 charge. If you do not show or cancel with adequate notice, we will charge the card on file $25 per person booked.

Flight Options upon Arrival:
 
Signature Flight 

$25 per person for a flight of five wines, waived with a wine purchase of $100. Club members taste complimentary once per month with up to five guests, depending upon club level.

AVA Flight

$40 per person, waived with the purchase of $150 of wine. We produce seven single vineyard designate Pinot Noirs, all from separate nested AVAs (American Viticultural Areas) within the Willamette Valley. This flight explores six of these wines and their distinct personalities in an intimate, seated setting. 

Reserve Flight

$50 per person, waived with the purchase of $150 of wine. We produce a series of reserve wines from pinot noir, chardonnay, and syrah. This flight explores these reserve bottlings, as well as a selection of single vineyard library wines. 

Cancellation Policy and Health Notice

Cancellations honored with advanced notice. Please call 503-477-7848 or email info@fullertonwines.com to cancel your reservation. If a reservation is not cancelled or attended, we will charge $20 per person booked to the card on file. Regarding Covid-19, we are taking every precaution to ensure social distancing and safety during your visit. In addition to cleaning protocols and rearranging our space, our staff will verbally screen guests before seating them.

Thick cut butcher bacon, housemade focaccia, romaine lettuce, roma tomatoes, and mayo

Winemaker’s Burger – $18

⅓ Pound fresh ground chuck, Tillamook aged white cheddar, pickled red onions, butter lettuce, and roasted garlic aioli on a sesame bun. Add avocado or bacon $4

Foie Gras Burger – $45

⅓ Pound fresh ground chuck, seared Hudson Valley foie gras, aged Manchego, bread & butter pickles, butter lettuce on a brioche bun.

Steak Sandwich – $25

Flank steak, horseradish-caper aioli, pickled red onions, tomato, and arugula on focaccia

Braised Short Ribs – $32

Short ribs, single vineyard pinot noir, kidney beans, and braised chard

Local Delivery

Complimentary home delivery on all case orders of wine. To order food for delivery, order from Grubhub or DoorDash.

Curbside Pickup

For curbside pickup of wine, call 503-477-7848 during open hours or place your order online and select “I Prefer to Pick Up My Order.” All food orders must be placed over the phone for pickup (or via delivery services listed above).

Then call 503-477-7848 once you’ve arrived, or come peek your head in the door and say hi. We’ll bring the order out to your car for you.
