The Fullerton Wine Bar & Tasting Room is a cozy and welcoming gathering place for wine lovers to experience the breadth of Fullerton Wines’ selection while enjoying our fine dining menu. Guests of the tasting room have the option to sit indoors or outdoors under the heated, covered dining areas.

Flights

Three Otters Flight 

$12 per person for a flight of three Three Otters wines, waived with a wine purchase of three bottles. Complimentary for club members once per month, with up to 5 guests, depending on club level.

Five FACES Flight 

$18 per person for a flight of three Five FACES wines, waived with a wine purchase of three bottles. Complimentary for club members once per month, with up to 5 guests, depending on club level.

Signature Flight 

$30 per person for a flight of five wines; waived with a purchase of three bottles of wine. Complimentary for club members once per month, with up to 5 guests, depending on club level.

AVA Flight

$50 per person, waived with the purchase of three bottles. Six single vineyard designate Pinot Noirs from separate nested AVAs (American Viticultural Areas) within the Willamette Valley. This flight explores their distinct personalities in an intimate, seated setting. 

Reserve Flight

$50 per person, waived with the purchase of three bottles. Five of our high-end wines. This flight features vintner-selected wines and several very well-aged gems from winemaker Alex Fullerton, in an intimate, seated setting. 

Winemaker-for-a-day

$60 per person prepaid. Craft your very own unique Willamette Valley Pinot Noir blend using four distinct barrel samples. Dive into the nuances of each barrel, experiment with ratios, and create a personalized blend that mirrors your unique palate. Our winery staff will guide you, sharing insights into each barrel’s characteristics to ensure your blend captures the essence of Oregon Pinot Noir. This hands-on, educational, and, most importantly, delicious experience is tailored for any wine enthusiast. You’ll receive four 2-oz barrel samples. Additionally, savor a taste of our Five FACES Pinot Noir to ignite your palate and inspire your blend creation. Love what you’ve made? Opt to have it bottled for $60 per bottle. Purchase three bottles, and get one free.

Complimentary home delivery via FedEx on all case orders of wine. To order food for delivery, order from DoorDash.

Curbside Pickup

For curbside pickup of wine, call 503-477-7848 during open hours or place your order online and select “I Prefer to Pick Up My Order.” All food orders must be placed over the phone for pickup (or via delivery service listed above).
